Make sure you do the pre check in. We still had an issue receiving a code but the manager was there and let us in! We loved it here - beautiful place to stay

The bath soap container was empty. I asked a hotel staff member if she could refill the dispenser and she said she would bring it to my room in a few minutes. She never showed up as promised. I passed her on the way out 45 minutes later. She look at me and went on her business.

Clean rooms, recently renovated. Great location near the mountain. For some reason my room was incredibly hot in the winter, with the mini-split turned off. There was no fan and no way to use the mini-split, which refused to stay on.
