The front desk is open until 22:00.In case of check-in after 10:00 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.The hotel does not accept children under 18 years of age staying alone.

Guest must be a member of the German Youth Hostel Association (DJH) in order to stay at the hostel.If guests have an address in Germany, they can purchase a membership card directly from us for an annual fee of EUR 07.00 for guests under 27 years of age or EUR 22.50 for guests over 27 years of age and families.Half-year rates apply from June to November. From December, the full annual rate applies again and membership is valid for the following year.International guests can purchase Welcome Stamps for EUR 03.50 per person per night. If the Stamps card is already full, guests do not need to purchase any more Stamps for the stay.

Minimum check-in age: 18

Nonmembers of Hosteling International (HI) must purchase the membership card at the hostel upon arrival. The card costs 3.50 per night. German residents aged 26 or younger must become a member of the German Youth Hostel Association for EUR 7 per year / EUR 3.50 for half a year, older guests and families pay EUR 22.50 per year / EUR 11.50 for half a year.
