Loved the location, staff was great, room was perfect. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would love to come back.

We arrived at the hotel about 6 pm. The doors were locked and we had to call the hotel to learn that we should have received a communication from someone about the codes needed to enter the premises and room. When I reserved the room, I was never given any indication that this would be a "self-serve" check in process with no human intervention. The room was comfortable, clean and lovely. But we were disappointed in the television. No network or local stations, just the low-cost streaming options. Next time we will spend the extra $20 to stay at a name brand hotel like we usually do so that we can enjoy the level of service that we are accustomed to.

Staff checking in was great. I was told to text a number with any concerns and never heard back after I text the number. Parking along the building was for certain rooms and it was not followed, several times we came back and there was no parking. I brought it up to the staff and the number to text with no change. The room was nice. The location is the best part, close to downtown.
