The shower was plugged and would not drain, the toilet was leaking and the dryer did not work, I called the office that stated it was open from 9-8 I called 7 times and got no answer and no option to leave a voicemail, I also messaged the property and got no response again, so when I checked out and told the receptionist what happened she stated I wish you would have called and I informed her that I did and she stated she had left the office around 550 and I had called around 6-630 so she had already left said she would have someone go out and check the issues going on and as far as the dryer goes it does work however there is a special trick to getting it to work and to top it off your not only paying for the rental of the duplex you also have to pay $1.50 to wash a load of laundry as well as $1 to dry the laundry. I will never again and wish I would not of rented this property to begin with.

When we arrived to our rental (G1) at 3:30 am, the beds were very squeaky and they puffed up when we sat down on them. Could not get tv, all it did was spin. The little end table was so wobbly. When the adjoining unit was inside you could hear everything they would say. When they used their washer the whole building vibrated which was 2bout of the 3 nights.when we complained to hotels.com they reached out to the motel about getting a refund and they denied it. When I called the motel afterwards to get maintenance over they thought we had checked out. Someone from the office in my opinion should have reached out to see what they could do to make our stay better. But no one did.
