You are welcome to enjoy the property before checking into your room at 3pm. There is an incidental fee of $100 should anything break during your stay and if the place is left in good standing, then the $100 is automatically released back onto your card during check out time. The host that made the reservation must present a valid identification along with matching credit card on file as guests often make a-la-carte purchases throughout their stay. If you accidently get locked out please text the manager on duty as there is a $15 lock out fee to open a room. There is a TV in the lodge game room.
