Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 20 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests 18 years of age and younger will need to show written authorization from parents along with parent's copy of ID. Alternatively the property will not be able to accommodate them as per local legislation. Online Check-in is mandatory prior to arrival, otherwise, a 3 EUR fee may be charged.
