The hotel is in terrible condition. After so many years staying at Comfort Inn, I had never seen one in such poor shape. On the first night, the air conditioning didn’t work, and they didn’t move us to another room—we had to sleep in the heat with just a fan. The next day, they changed our room, but the bathroom was clogged. When I reported it to the front desk, they handed me a plunger and expected us to fix it ourselves. On top of that, the refrigerator in the room was extremely dirty and even had hair inside. I will never, ever return to this place. Hotels.com should verify the condition of the hotels before offering them. Very disappointed.

Paid for a jetted tub, as I had hurt my back, but it didn't work. Called the front desk and was told no one could fix it until tomorrow, but I was checking out. Front desk said she was "all alone"
