Everything was excellent except elevator was not functioning properly. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel was clean and staff pleasant but nothing was working properly! The elevator wasn't working properly. Staff had to ride with you to your floor to push the elevator door open and shut , no ice machine was working except on the 1st floor , my room phone did not work and to top it off someone tried to break into my room the early morning. I reported it to staff and management. The manager never returned call or respond to my email.

The staff was very friendly and you could tell the hotel had been remodeled/updated. Some items still needed attention like the stairwell doors, the stairwells themselves, and the elevator was broken.
