Groups (bookings of 6 and more people) and reservation above 350: For the above there is a 14 days cancellation policy. Reservations can be modified or canceled for free at least 14 days before arrival day. We reserve the right to pre-charge the reservations for 50% of the total amount any time from receiving the reservation. If the reservation cannot be pre-charged, we will inform you by email and you will have 24h to respond if we will not hear from you your reservation will be canceled. 14 days before arrival we will charge the rest of the reservation. And free cancellation will not be possible. Groups must pay a deposit that we return at the end of their stay. If you have a group booking, we will always try our best to put you together in the same room, but keep in mind this is a hostel and that is not always possible! General informations: Towels 3 € Padlock 3,5€ Reception 24h No curfew No alcohol is to be consumed in the hostel rooms. Lost keys will incur a charge of 10 euros. Late check-in must be arranged at reception for an additional fee. Hostel Management and Staff RESERVE THE RIGHT to refuse accommodations or cancel reservations if standards of behavior are not met, in such cases no refunds will be made. LATE CHECK-OUTS (without prior agreement) may incur a late check-out fee. All Stag/Hen parties must take entire rooms, they cannot share with other guests. Kitchen can be used from 7 am to 11pm
