The stay was great expect the hotel kept trying to charge my card after everything was paid for. The deposit fee didn’t go through at first on the day of check in. On the day of check out there was a bunch of fee’s charged to my card with no explanation.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. Upon checking into an ADA-accessible room, I noticed that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The mattress topper appeared stained, and there were small mouse droppings present in the furniture. We requested to be moved to another room, which was accommodated; however, the replacement room was not accessible for my needs. I was then moved back to the original room. This repeated relocation was both inconvenient and physically exhausting. I would like to note, however, that the manager was courteous and professional throughout the process.
