My family booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were contacted the day of our stay and told that our room had been double booked on the first night. We were offered a 1 bedroom apartment and a small refund as a gesture of good will. The refund offered did not even cover the difference in price of the downgraded room. After communicating this we were offered a 2 bedroom and a smaller refund. Fast forward to almost a month later and we have not received the refund which was supposed to be paid in 5 - 10 days. Communication on day 2 (when we were required to move rooms) was poor. The chat feature on what’s app was awful, we requested our new room details via this channel, after having 3 chats ended on us without an answer we were finally provided this information 3 hours after we first asked. The property was lovely but our experience of communication and administration was very poor.

The host did not send us check-in information before our stay. We struggled to get in contact with them, and when we finally did they seemed unaware of our reservation. When they finally found our reservation the apartment we had booked were occupied and we were heavily downgraded without any apologies. One door to one of th bedroom was broken and the host made no effort to fix it during our stay. We were offered a small compensation for the whole ordeal, but far from making us happy. Maybe we where unlucky, but the company ha no customer care whatsoever.

It was wonderful. Only minor issue was the vanity counter is very small which leaves no room for cosmetics or hair straightener.
