AC was nonexistent in our first room before being moved. Second room had mold all around the tub and shower. Huge gaps around the door frame. Quiet area though and the staff member who checked us in and changed our room was great and professional.

So worse experience ever. First of all I reserved through an app I not only massaged the motel but called not once but twice to informed that I would be late and would not be able to check in till 6 I also informed that I was traveling with ac fiable child and needed a handicap room and also a mini fridge since am a Diabetic on the phone the gentlemen guaranteed the reservation was still good. For there at 5:50 upon arrival I was informed all times where rented my reservation had been cancel only room available was a standard room. Upon reaching the room since I had no other option I found a roach Infested room, dirty was put all the way in the back with their extended stay guest . Next door room had 3 give dogs that barked all night, my son it's allergic to roaches so his allergies where triggered upon entering, the room was dirty, no handicap so we had to carry and help my son the 3 days we stayed, my Insulin was damaged so I had to throw away over 300 dollars worth. Another of the Guest decided to smoke weed right outside our door and decided to for some reason activate his car alarm at 2am. The motel does not give refunds so we where stock there. No sleep, allergies, sick from not having a drive for my medicine it was the worse weekend ever. Bathroom was dirty broken toilet loose and when the person on the room next to ours flushed your toilet would not flush. Positive things the location it's great. This motel would be a diamond if it had the right management and cared.

there was two roaches on the floor running around , there was not toilet paper , and there was hair everywhere in the toilet and bathtub. The next room had a dog that was very noisy. The room I reserved was not available when I got there, so I end up sleeping in this nasty room. The AC was working but had a weird smell .
