The light above the bed not working, the television also not working due to damaged aerial connections. I reported on the 1st day and when I returned in the evening the light had been repaired but the television still not working for the duration of my stay.

Then we arrived,i paid all deposits showed my id and after all that the guy in reception told us he have no rooms for us and send us to different hotel Park Hotel.We went there and find out there's no parking space.Then we decided to come back to same hotel and asked for our room.Again we heard apologises but there is no rooms left.I asked them why you taking bookings, when you haven't got enough rooms.Again apologies and after that he send us to some kind of places like shelter style.We stayed there,because we had no there to go and was every tired. We will raise the complaint to have the refund paid back.Very bad service never come back to this place.Not satisfied at all.
