This hotel is seriously neglected and rooms in poor shape. As soon as I entered my room, a distinct moldy smell was evident. The bathroom was in very bad conditions, tub full of "patches" around, not properly sealed to the wall, the shower head was stuck almost behind the wall so pretty much impossible to adjust and the drain was almost fully clogged, quite disgusting. There is no way on earth I would pay ~$270 a night for a room that was probably not worth more than $100 or even less. The only thing that is worth mentioning is that is quite conveniently located close to the Convention Center, just a few minutes walking to it .... but ... there was heavy construction going on and the streets were a muddy mess. This place needs serious renovations instead of badly executed "patching".

Lobby smelled like a dirty bathroom. The hallway to our room reeked of mold. The building is surrounded by ongoing construction which wasn’t disclosed. The elevators kept malfunctioning. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable but overall, I would not stay here again.
