This is a no-frills location but was a pleasant surprise. It's located in a quiet area. the staff were particularly pleasant and the rooms were clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was as expected with a lovely sunny room to sit in and enjoy my food.

The rooms are small, and the walls are paper thin. I could touch the wall to the bathroom from my side of the bed, and could hear absolutely everything through the wall. I could also hear toilets flushing and water running in other close by rooms. The door to the room was was not sealed well (you could see light shining through the sides, to and bottom) and we could hear every voice and footstep of people walking by. I listened to someone have a full conversation in the stairwell by our room for over 20 minutes at 3am, before I had to step out and ask him to have his conversation elsewhere. This would not have been an issue if there was any insulation or sound canceling measures in place. The peephole looking out to the corridor was stuffed with tissue by a previous guest. Which is a statement about not only attention to detail by cleaning staff, but how bright the light shined in from the hallway. The continental breakfast was sad. Very little available and lower quality than expected.
