The wifi signal in my room wasn't the best, but the concierge and receptionists were extremely helpful with any query I had so my stay was more than comfortable. They let you have coffee in the morning even if you haven't booked breakfast and there is always someone available to answer any questions you may have as some of the staff live at the hotel itself.

The staff were very extremely helpful especially with complications I made with my booking. Perfect hotel for reasonably price business stay.
