Broken elevator made for a stressful weekend! We were compensated on our room rate, but unfortunately it didn't make the painful service elevator wait any shorter. Also, the rooftop bar was closed due to the elevator and that was the main reason we booked this hotel.

Both main elevators were out of service and we believe the staff was asked to lie about how long the elevators have been out of service. Some told us a month when the front desk said it just occurred. We had to use a service elvator in a dirty hallway and wait 10 minutes for each ride. Often walked the steps to 7th floor instead of wait. We put a pizza box on top of the waste basket by service elevator and it was still there 24hrs later. This was a comp

Both elevators were down with everyone and staff having to use staff elevator. Property wasn’t very clean and did not look to be well maintained.
