Parking was safe and easy. Staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, the room was outdated. The restroom had what looked like mold inside the plastic around the glass door. There were bootprints inside the shower. One of the hooks in the blackout shades was ripped and broken. I understand that you get what you pay for, but this definitely felt like a rip off for over $200 a night.

The room was clean. Day staff was a little off putting. Treated me as if I didn’t belong. I asked for an early check in, which by Marriott Bonvoy status always allow, and I was told to come back at 1:30 or 2pm ( it was after 12noon and I was trying to make it over to the tennis center. The vistas was friendly, engaging, helpful - overall wonderful.

Loved the hotel overall. Love the larger rooms, it was very clean. We did not have a chance to check out the breakfast since we were gone before it opened. LOVE that they are not pet-friendly! You could tell, the rooms smelled nice! There is a stench in most places that allow pets. It is close to Wholefoods and Total Wine:) The hotel might want to give the young man who checked us in a little lesson in customer service. I hate to leave bad feedback, but he was so condescending and ornery, it was surprising that anyone would hire him for this job. He must be the manager's son or something. A few more gripes: One of the side doors would not open with the key card for all the days we were there (one more reason we had to interact with this guy at the front desk; it was not pleasant, and he obviously did not let anyone in maintenance know about the issue either.) The light bulb in the closet was burned out. Not the end of the world, but the cleaning staff should have noticed that too. Once we have our personal stuff in the room, we hate having workers in there, so we did not say anything until we checked out. Rooms facing 111 get a lot of traffic noise, even with the fan on high, you hear it. But overall, it was a great stay and we would book a room there again.
