I should have read more before booking I did not realize that the beds were up against the wall my wife and I are in our 70 and 80 and it was not easy getting into and out of the bed next time I will be more carefull. Also housekeeping is on demand only we ask to have our room cleaned and it never happened.

Staff and. Breakfast was top notch. The room was quite small in my opinion. No desk but I was able to use the breakfast room. No coffee/hot water carafe in room. Best amenity: it’s superb location just a block from Westminster Abbey.
