Had a good meal there and our server was brilliant, but apart from that it's the worst place I've ever stayed. Grossly overpriced; No proper reception to check in; horrible steep and narrow stairs (anyone with mobility problems avoid at all costs); room was dark, dingy and nothing like the pictures; went down at 9:10 on Sunday morning for breakfast (advised breakfast time 8:30 - 9:30!?) NOTHING! everywhere locked up and in darkness, no staff to be found. We packed the car, left the room key on the side and left!! Never ever to return.
