The room was poorly maintained and not clean. The towels provided were small and thin. The shower leaked water into the rest of the bathroom, creating a safety hazard as we nearly slipped several times. We booked a room with a king bed, but the bed was noticeably smaller and seemed more like a queen size. Only one room key was provided, which was inconvenient. There was dust and dirt throughout the room, and the furniture was worn out and unclean. The front desk staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and had a poor attitude. Additionally, the curtains did not fully cover the window, allowing too much sunlight into the room early in the morning, there is no sheet between the blanket and the bed, There was no sheet between the bed and the blanket, which made the bedding feel unhygienic. I was left wondering when the blanket had last been washed, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in.

Top Shower didn’t work Toilet leaked into bathroom and room from wax ring …didn’t flush when hotel staff was using laundry machines . ..made bubbles/noises Tv kept shutting off ever 3-5 min /graffiti on edges. Hole in wall imprint of coke bottle. Termite droppings every day in shower Late check out only @ $12 hour even after staying 3 days.
