Clean. Fridge. Lots of towels. Lots of space. Heating worked, and amazing fan. The staff will answer your questions by message in hotels.com, and there’s a number to ring. Right by all the bars and shops. There was only one small bin in the bathroom, no staff in the day, but was fine. Just I like to leave my luggage behind reception and go shopping but didn’t feel safe with no staff. A loud noise came on sounded like boiler around 11pm, but did turn off shortly. No lift and quite a few stairs if you struggle.

Not the best, but not the worst. Locating the hotel was somewhat problematic as the address on Hotels.com was not where the entrance to the hotel is, it's actually on a different street entirely. On check in, 2 other customers were returning from a brief while out and when arriving back at the hotel were informed that their room had been changed. All of their belongings werent accounted for and the member of staff at reception couldn't provide any reassurance as to where their belongings were or why their room had been changed. Our check in was relatively straightforward, once we found the right hotel! There is no lift that I saw so if you're in a room other than 1 and 2, there are a few flights of stairs to face. The room was fine, very average. A sparse supply of plugs so I would advise taking an extension lead if you have more than 2 electrical items. The shower was not good at all. It took approximately 15 minutes to even become warm and didn't get fully hot after that. The shower is completely open so the bathroom floor gets saturated very quickly. Only 1 small towel was provided despite booking the room for 2 people. The hairdryer in the room was very average as well so I would advise females to take their own to avoid standing drying your hair for 20 minutes. The bedding was clean and the bed itself was comfy. It's a reasonable hotel for the price but nothing extravagant at all and mainly a place to put your head down.

Hotel was in a really ideal location, right in the centre of Liverpool and there are multiple car parks if travelling by car. The room was average, could have done with being a bit cleaner but other than that it was a lovely room. We didn’t even see a single staff member also, we arrived at check in time on the Sunday and no one was there. We checked out a touch early on Monday and still no one there so unable to comment on the friendliness of the staff
