Rooms were clean and quiet and well appointed. The bedding was not the greatest, but we slept well enough. We had plenty of space and we enjoyed the Neon Mallard. There is no onsite staff to talk to, and the text responses were not excellent. It would be great if they had someone on-site during the day in the bar area that could attend to small things. For example, we ran out of coffee filters on our last morning and I was unable to simply walk to a front desk to ask for more. We've been to a lot of re-done motor lodges and usually love them, but this one fell short in a few ways.

Rooms are small but clean, beds are surprisingly comfortable, and location is a close walk to the springs. The worse part about this motel is that it is still just a motel. The sound proofing is non existent, road noise can be heard and other guest conversations can be heard clearly. The motel provides you with earplugs but that’s not a great resolution to the problem. Second issue is they only installed one window with blackout curtains so sleep was limited by the light and noise. Would not recommend.
