Fantastic stay. Reception was friendly, room was clean and well decorated, and beds very comfortable. The location was excellent for us, and the hotel is on a nice residential street. There were minor areas which could do with a bit of a touch up of the decor, but that didn’t bother us in the slightest. The price we paid for our room was great in comparison to other nearby hotels, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

Didn’t like being on the ground floor, felt unsafe with window - very residential area. Nice hotel for one night, cheap and cheerful.

Nice hotel but very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. The room was nice and very modern. Breakfast was ok but overpriced for the selection on offer. Staff didn't go out of their way to help and contacted us to say if we didn't turn up by a certain time they wouldn't keep our room which meant we had to rush across London to get there in time. No mention of this on the booking confirmation. It could be a wonderful place to stay but we will book somewhere else next time
