Stayed in a premium room, not a cabin. Passably clean, but some scattered mouse poop, most disturbingly in a new, rolled up towel. The utensils in the room had dried food on them. You can hear *everything* from the rooms above you. Room is very worn, although the fire place was nice. Two bulbs were burned out; staff was responsive to replacing these, but seems it should've been something housekeeping should catch.

The hot tub that we paid extra for was broken and the heat was turned on to full blast without any way to shut it off besides shutting off the breaker!

The breakfast was great and the location was convenient, but the TV wasn’t working and management didn’t seem very engaged in trying to rectify the situation.
