There was poor communication about meeting someone to get the keys or doing a bag drop. I had to call numerous times and they couldn’t give me an exact time. I was on a work trip and ended up being late to my appointment. When I entered the room, it was not cleaned to a high standard. I ended up throwing the bath mat in the laundry because it was disgusting. The sink’s had hair and food in them and the bedding had hair on the top. I didn’t feel comfortable uploading my ID or giving my phone number when there was no in-person concierge. I would not be comfortable doing this again.

It's an apartment, not a hotel or apart hotel. Entrance hall's floor and elevator were filthy. Drug addicts on the sidewalk. Corridor smelling fish. Clean room. No available services during stay (no cleaning, for example). Guest must remove their own trash. Left for a hotel in the same afternoon I checked in
