1500 characters is not enough to express how rude their staff is. The Assistant Property Manager Illeana (whatever) starts talking to customers with "first of all" complete with eye and head roll, the front desk staff was extremely rude including the Wendy red-head toothbrush edged clown, the other short female clucking around screaming Inhave Expedia on the line as if she needed a dog bone validation that she was in fact doing her job, the security officer who looks at you with the deadest eyes, the Jamaican lady manning the breakfast bar shoulder checking you in the choas so that you drop food and the valets that brought us the wrong car and couldn't manage the line of cars blocking the exits...my favorite was having to beg for towels when the lady next to me was complaining she had a stopped up toilet and made requests several times to have someone look at it...the area is not one that can be gentrified because of the projects on the corner. There was a line out the door because the elevators weren't working and staff screaming at guests to take the stairs.

We checked in at 9 pm on 26 July 2025 and informed the front desk and housekeeping staff. They promised to send a technician/plumber to fix the clogging and non-draining problems

Concierge on the front desk was so nice. She let us check in early. Hotel is in great location. And staff could not be more helpful.
