The AC/heater did not work effectively. It was freezing cold during the evening, but the heater function just blew cold air even though it was set at 85. The first night, it eventually warmed up after an hour, thinking it fixed itself. However last night it was back to blowing cold air and never warming up all night. It was a most uncomfortable stay. And the office is closed, with only an emergency number displayed. However, I didn’t deem this as an emergency and therefore did not call.

Clean room, setting the heat was confusing, no staff available on check in but had access code from tx message received earlier. Parking in front of room.

Great location, can walk to everything. Clean room, updated and quiet with easy, close parking. No contact check in. Very happy with stay, will stay there again.
