Amazing stay lovely room and pool we will be returning. Would have been nice to know about the essentials cupboard sooner but overall excellent

Everything was amazing. Its been a while since we've been in a place where we felt comfortable. One of the room not having a t.v kinda suck though. But it didn't matter my daughter always in her phone and tablet. The hallway smelt so bad I'm guessing it was because of the trash in the halls.

The apartment was great! Clean, quiet, comfy beds, plenty of room, had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the communication leading up to the reservation. The other issue was we asked for an earlier check (had to call since no response through messaging the property which is an option) was told me could check in verified the access code was told that’s correct and would be no problem getting in. Unloaded both cars all 4 grandkids and rode the elevator up to the 3rd floor ( love the fact the apartment had elevators and no stairs to climb). Get to the door & the code will not work so called was on hold for 20 minutes before someone finally answer to find out there was some kind of malfunction. So with that all is understandable but……after 20 minutes of holding standing in the hallway waiting with no ac going on in the halls it was extremely hot. We were finally able to get it, and everything was great on the inside. So other than needing to work on the communication options, ac in the hallways & wait time to be able to talk to someone I would definitely recommend this place.
