The check in is a little confusing cause the are in a different floor but everything else is great.

Entrance, inside hall and elevator TERRIBLE. ! The bedroom is the smallest in the world. Too many homeless people sleeping in the entrance.

It worked well for a 1 night stop in Madrid. It was in a great central location & an 8 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. It was clean and had a balcony to overlook the city.
