The property was as shown in the listing. Very pet friendly as well as business friendly. It was in an excellent location-market, grocery store, salon, restaurants, coffee shop and massage therapist within 1 mile (easy walk). Beautiful park around the corner 2 blocks away. The onsite laundry was convenient to have since i was there for a month. I do have some suggestions I will follow up directly with the property on. I would absolutely stay here again.

Arrived after a 9-hour drive and could not access our suite. Had to contact the owner via Hotel app and wait for instructions. Payment for cleaning was required, up front, before key code was shared--which was fine. The space itself wasn't quite as nice as shown but tolerable and we were too exhausted to care. All was well until 4:24am when someone tried to enter our door code, not once but three times! They actually got it right the third time and the door opened, then quickly closed after whoever it was heard me coming. (Before knocking off, I placed a chair in front of the door and it had been pushed away.) By the time I looked out the window, no one was there. Very creepy. We packed up and left, cutting our stay short. While it's not a "bad" neighborhood, we felt unsafe. Possibly being watched as we checked-in. I have requested a refund for the second day. :(

Wasn't good for 3 people as the couch was just a small loveseat. Broken chair. Hairs left in shower. Coffee maker nasty, microwave not clean, garbage can broken so used butter knife to open it, only spoon in the place in the dishwasher, cockroaches alive and dead, kitchen counters with smear over all of them....did they get the poison up? Dirt on all shelves above 5'. 1" gap in bathroom tile wall so what can come up that in nasty place? Smoke detector removed in bedroom. No rugs like photos. Felt like I should be shooting up in the room. I'm forgetting stuff that I put in the videos also. No way to contact owner except through text or Hotels.com msg. Took 12 hrs for a response. Was already packed up and reservations at another hotel as I was having a medical procedure on my spine. Apologies from owner but no refund even after showing the owner and Hotels.com all the photos. False advertising and Hotels.com doesn’t care.
