I made a reservation through Hotels.com and when I arrived, he told me there were no more rooms and that Hotels.com would give no money back. He was very rude and he acted as if he didn’t care because he was texting on his phone while checking in other customers while telling me there were no more rooms.

There was hundreds of roaches in the room. A lot of dirt. Trash in the trash bin in the room. Smells like sh… It was the worst motel in my life. I did not wanted to stay there. The Indian man declined the refund. At all. So I just spent my money for nothing and booked one more hotel nearby. NEVER stay there!
