Not quite as pictured. Good location and easy to check in / out. Okay for the price but wouldn't book again. The TV in my room was broken and the room seemed extremely worn (lots of scuff marks on the walls). Didn't feel like the cleanest room - noticed a stain on one of the towels in the bathroom.

Hotel was wonderful & well priced. Wasn’t looking for amenities, as we wanted to explore the city. Staff was very welcoming & they offered free bag storage for the few hours we had between our checkout time & our departure. Room was very clean & good size for NYC. Convenient & safe location with great access to subway stations. I will definitely return.

The room was clean and well kept. The only critique's I would have is that we didn’t have any hand soap for the 2/4 days that we stayed there. We told the front desk staff and she told us she would report to the manager since they were out of stock but never heard back and ended up having to talk to someone else abo it. Also housekeeping kept forgetting to bring us towels for the floor and this was especially a problem because the shower would leak water. Lastly, the photos that are on the website aren’t the most accurate, they don’t look exactly like what you get which is misleading. The room was also pretty small and so was the bathroom. I don’t think it was worth the amount of money we spent. It wasn’t terrible, but I don’t think I’d come back.
