This completely renovated spacious condo boasts two king suites, a gourmet kitchen, fabulous living and dining room, and an outdoor deck, all overlooking Kelowna's City Park and Okanagan Lake. Situated in the heart of downtown, all restaurants, marinas, boardwalk and beaches are at your fingertips. Whether you are on a romantic getaway, or a family vacation, this property promises to impress. Luxury is evident throughout this two bedroom, two bathroom unit. After an action packed day of wine tasting, golf, or fun at the beach, unwind with a glass of wine and watch the sun set from the cushy window seat overlooking the park, lake and marina. The people watching doesn't get any better than this top floor unit....private and tucked away, yet close to all the action. For the water enthusiast, there are water craft and paddle board rentals right outside the front lobby. The amenities outside the front door include outdoor basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. For families with young children, there is a fabulous water park and playground for the little ones, and a giant water park for older kids, and adults. Excellent, modern, clean apartment with two bedrooms (each with king bed) and two full bathrooms. It's a delight to stay in. We looked forward to coming back at the end of each day.

Great kitchen tools, laundry was helpful, wish the 2nd bedroom had a bath suite but wasn’t a problem. Little noisy because so close to the action but that’s what we wanted.
