Anything and everything was a mess. The staff is very rude, looks so annoyed when we brought up our concerns such as that the sink is clogger when we walked in, the bed is sandy, and ignored the phone when we called to report that we dont have hot water (because he said they only answered phone beginning 9am) and simpy said he does not know why we dont have hot water. (The staff lives in the office/reception because we are next room to them and we can hear the snoring from our room and the phone being ignored when we are calling from the intercom at the entrance- reception is closed). The room was not cleaned, the night cabinet has the previous guests fake nails, there is only one trash can to use for the bed, the bathroom and mini kitchenette (a toaster, microwave, fridge and kettle) which you dont want to use. It is a total nightmare! We wanted to leave early but we cant until past 9am since we need to have our card swiped again to get the refund back ($300!!!!). Please stay away from this place! It looks so different on the website! Its a scam! I wanted a refund!!!!!

I have been trying to get in touch with the manager since August and have had NO RESPONSE. I DID NOT get my deposit returned, even though he told me he would send it back to me.
