I hated it no smoking and the smoking area was a park in space.. Room service didn't come around the staff was horrible except the lady with the dreads she was cool I did like the tv and the station n 8 was on the first floor but I'm still waiting for my deposit I don't recommend this hotel

We didn't have hot water in the first room and had to change rooms. Then the hot in that room was shut off from 10 am 3 pm without a notification that it not be available. Worst part is that I was in the shower during that time and couldn't finish my shower with shampoo in my hair! Unbelievable. Then the GM over charged us for the room with a false statement saying that we had to pay ex6!
