Great location for Palau harbour and we could walk there easily and felt safe. Property is a little old fashioned, but clean. Breakfast was a bit basic but overall for the value for money it was ok. We were given a semi basement room which smelt musty and i asked to be moved which we were to an upper room that was much nicer, but ti is very old fashioned.

Terrible service! The reception staff were not friendly nor helpful. Our room didn't have air con and seemed to be in the middle of refurbishment as there was paint dust on the walls which brushed off onto our clothes and belongings. We arrived on Sunday morning to find a fish tail and scales in the sink which we had to ask to be cleaned. I then had to ask for housekeeping on Wednesday as we hadn't had any sInce we arrived and needed clean towels. Poor service overall! The plumbing in the bathroom was noisy and you could hear it throughout the night. Breakfast was the same every day - cold bacon and powdered scrambled eggs, pastries, apples and kiwis with some tinned fruit, bread and cereal. The area was beautiful and was good for walks. We wouldn't return to this hotel.
