NO WATER! NO WARNING! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The water was turned off very early in the morning without warning or any communication. After 30 minutes and my children holding their potty I finally said go ahead and go while I figure out what is going on. When I went to the front the lady was like there is a broken pipe. I said okay well some communication would have been nice. I went back and my kiddos were upset about having to go potty on top of potty, we couldn’t brush our teeth or take showers. After waiting a little longer we decided to leave because my kids were grossed out. We had to find a local park to go potty and brush our teeth again dealing with no showers on our vacation. I asked that we be compensated to date the manger has ignored my MULTIPLE calls and messages. She said she refunded me $20 however that hasn’t happened and is a slap in the face. I understand situations happen, but make it right! I always leave great reviews for companies and really try not to leave bad reviews. But this customer service is not appropriate for my kids having to be in an UNSANITARY situation.

Staff was nice. Rooms were clean but we had ants in the shower. Outside fire pit area was under construction and that was the main reason we stayed here to sit out there. Should have advertised that.
