My mother and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend to attend a celebration of life for a close family member. Our experience at the Marriott was simply wonderful— from the warm greetings at our first check in, to the phenomenal staff at breakfast on our last morning, we were treated like royalty. This allowed us to fully enjoy the trip, despite our circumstances. I need to specially shout out Denise; the cheerful, helpful, quick, and extremely kind server who was present at breakfast both Saturday April 25 and Sunday April 26. We watched her treat every single guest with excellent service and an amazing attitude, handling every request with efficiency and genuine care. Along those same lines was Gabriel, also serving breakfast on Sunday April 26, who personally made sure my weary mother was in good spirits by paying extra attention to our table. I cannot forget to include Ele, the young woman at the check-in desk that fully explained the Marriott’s policies to a newcomer (me). I witnessed her handle several guest inquiries at once with grace and professionalism. All of these staff members are a perfect example of what customer service should be, and must be recognized for exceeding expectations. If you are looking for a talented team to provide the best service possible, look no further than Denise, Gabriel, and Ele at the Fullerton Marriott at CSU. Thank you for making our weekend special!
