Overall, the stay was good. The staff were courteous, responsive, and helpful, and requests were handled promptly. There were a few maintenance-related issues in the room, including some fixtures needing repair and minor cleanliness concerns. These were addressed after being reported, but could be better managed with more thorough checks before guest arrival. There was also a temporary inconvenience with room temperature control. Despite these points, the staff’s support and professionalism made a positive difference. With improved pre-maintenance and attention to detail, the overall guest experience could be even better.
