I’m not sure how a hotel with no elevator can be rated four stars. Do not stay here if you have any mobility issues. Or heavy luggage. Breakfast was mediocre. Service staff (especially evening reception) surly and completely unfriendly. We won’t be staying here again.

An amazing stay at a gorgeous hotel. We stayed in the luxury double and it was exactly that, plenty of room and beautifully decorated.

The main spaces all look clean and tidy as did the room. I spilled a glass of water and on cleaning it up beside the bed the towel ended up with a WAD of hair on it so not sure they're doing a huge amount of vacuuming round furniture. It was pretty gross
