The first room we were put in had a very bad smell, and the bed was as hard as a board. After our first night, we discovered a bed bug. After smashing it and taking pictures, we went to the reception. At first, they only offered to change the sheets, but when we insisted, they switched rooms for us. They sprayed the old room and our bags with some bug deterrent (which explained the bad smell in the room, as it was the same as what we smelled when we first entered). This led us to the conclusion that the room had had the issue before as well, and they had tried spraying it before. The second room had a much better bed and less of the smell, so we ended up staying there for the rest of our stay instead of changing hotels. It was a cheap hotel, so I did not expect much, but the bug issue made it really not great. If we had had the second room from the start, we would not have had as many issues with it, I think. There was some mold on the doorframe in the bathroom, though even in the second room.

I was very unhappy with the condition of the place 1 the mattresses should of been replace long ago you can feel springs as you set on the bed. Carpets are so dirty I think they never been cleaned would stay there again never
