it is a big hassle to check in. The hotel requires photo id for everyone in the group (not just the lead person). Not everyone from BC has photo ID if they don'thave a driving license. Really only the person booking or whose credit card is being charged needs id? And then does it need to be scanned and saved? The hotel has no policy for when the scanned photo id is deleted, which means all the ID is available on the cloud for an unlimited time. Finally the $150 damage deposit apparently takes 14 days to refund?
