I wish there was more of a variety of breakfast options, particularly more fruit and more protein options. Besides that I enjoy everything and the staff was amazing. Definitely recommend getting the room if you’re considering it and it was affordable too!

Our first room had a broken window. A large enough break that cold air was blowing through. The window was broken from bottom to top. The staff asked if we could just keep the room but I requested a new room. In our new room, the AC went out at 11:30 pm and made a horrible screeching noise. No one could get ahold of maintenance so we were told to “try and get a good nights sleep”. After 1am we had to turn off the air and sleep in the hot room, because they already overbooked the hotel. When we left in the morning, the staff was not helpful at all. They told me a manager would call me when they came in at 10:30 and no one called. When I called to speak to a manager, I was told they weren’t there and were busy all day so they couldn’t call me. The staff wouldn’t even attempt to accommodate or help me. The front desk worker told me the manager probably wouldn’t give me a room but they would call me. But they sure did want me to pay and book for another night. Very disappointed with this location! The rooms were not clean and amenities were not fully stocked in the rooms.
