Genuinely impressed by this place. Very clean and well presented. My room on the top floor was immaculate as were the corridors and reception. A very friendly welcome and goodbye included. Definitely one to re-visit. Thanks Guys!

Heated floor in the bathroom was wonderful, shower was very nice, and location was ideal for when you're doing things in Shepherd's Bush; but everything else rather less than ideal. The moisturiser was very thin (as though watered down), pillows flimsy, the fridge loud, tea and coffee making facilities limited. Traffic noise outside what you'd expect in London, but at least the room had sound insulation.
