Upon arriving to the hotel, there was a strong mildew, musty smell in the lobby. It was undeniable. We proceeded to the elevator which didn’t look clean on the inside either. This really scared me because I thought it was indicative of what the room looked like. The actual suite looked nice from afar but up close, it was in need of a deep cleaning. There was someone’s hair in the sink and fridge. The floors were sticky and in need of a good sweep. So instead of unpacking, we bought cleaning supplies to make ourselves more comfortable. I believe that the property area was safe and I loved how close to restaurants it was. I do wish there more overhead lights in the rooms as well as tvs.

It was a good location for the Miami Marathon, but the couch was so dirty. Otherwise decent place but a bit pricy for what you get. Not easy Beach access but ok good bus lines. Great food trucks! Needs a good clean.
