I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The location is quiet, which makes it ideal for a more relaxed stay, yet still convenient enough for getting around. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was genuinely impressive, especially the amazing breakfast, which was a real highlight of my visit. The room itself was comfortable but a little dated and could use some TLC. It didn’t take away from the stay too much, but it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer more modern accommodation. Friday night was a bit rowdy, so it might not be perfect if you’re hoping for an early night. There’s no on-site parking, but there is plenty of free on-street parking nearby, which was convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and food, in a quiet location with just a few small areas that could be improved.

Room was clean and comfortable, although had been recently redecorated, and furniture had not all been replaced, so had to request a hanging rail. A small desk and chair would have been useful too. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast very good with generous portions. Did not try the restaurant or bar, overall very happy with choice and would use again.
