Had a confirmed and pre paid reservation for my stay. Tried checking in 3 times only to be told rooms were not ready because of staffing. On my third attempt, after my checkin time, was finally told hotel was overbooked and no rooms were available for me. No problem getting a refund but the inconvenience of having to procure another room elsewhere was ridiculous

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. Staff couldn’t keep up with the weekend crowd so food had run out or was cold. The same food every day!! I had to eat out by day 3. Couldn’t stomach the choices. I was interested in the pool and gym but no towels were present even when I inquired. Room was never serviced after the first night so I ended up putting out the “no thank you “ sign for nights 2 and 3.
