The room(s) were really nice. We had 2 queen beds and 3 bathrooms. Overall, the hotel was very quiet. It was a comfortable bed, good amenities (no body cream in the bathrooms though), a good breakfast and the staff were terrific. We had issues with the tv's, which didn't work properly and both heating/air units which the last guests had played with, so we had maintenance visit us a couple of times. They were there quickly, were efficient and resolved the problem. This hotel is right beside the West Edmonton mall. It would be a perfect place to stay if you were staying a few nights with the kitchen amenities in the room.

General condition of the hotel was very good. Room was clean and well appointed. No noise from the corridor or adjoining room(s). Only exterior noise was garbage truck early in the morning. Breakfast are was spacious with reasonable selection for continental breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Wished they had option for bigger coffee cups tho. But room was clean, heated underground parking was a nice touch. We will be back with the kid's next time.
