Mountain vacations require mountain condos, and this one definitely delivers! Walk in and immediately take comfort in a combined dining room and lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen can handle full meals or light apres ski refreshments, and it's open enough that the chef isn't cut off from conversations with the rest of the group. Head out to the private balcony and enjoy a glass of wine in the sun in the summer months, or head up to the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola, the highest lift in the world at 435 meters/1,427 feet that runs guests between Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler Mountain. You'll have nearly 8,200 acres of ski runs and trails to explore during your stay. The cross-country skier will be able to enjoy over 130 km (80 miles) of trails at Lost Lake in the Winter. Of course, when it's time to relax after a long day on the mountain, enjoy a sandwich at Portobello or a drink at the Mallard Bar - both are within 500 meters (one-third of a mile) of the condo!

Project Details & Warnings:
During this entire project, intermittent construction noise and odours from the associated solvents are expected to impact the entire building.
Mechanical work will include: Extensive Concrete saw cutting for formwork / Grinding of concrete / General hand and power tool use (hammers, drills, compactors, lifts, jackhammers)
All work will strictly follow the Whistler Municipal Bylaw construction hours. The work schedule is planned to commence between 8-9 am every day, Monday to Friday and shifts will range between 10-12 hours, with work days concluding near 8 pm at the latest. There will be no work on weekends or statutory holidays.
This construction will be most visible from the courtyard-facing units. Rates have been adjusted accordingly on courtyard-facing units to acknowledge any inconvenience that may be experienced as a result of this project.
